Late Cancellations / No Show Policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours ahead of the appointment. Less that the amount given, you will be charged 100% of the service price for late cancellation and 100% for not showing up.
Non Refundable Booking Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking, providing 48 hours notice given. Less than 48 hours notice given, the deposit is no longer transferrable.
